The B. Dankwart String Instruments Workshop and School of Vilnius City

The workshop in Vilnius were founded in 2017, although luthier Gerardas Rūkas had been coming to Lithuania every few months for a couple of years to fulfill orders. With a significant increase in demand, the workshop were permanently relocated from London to Vilnius. Our clients include both major state organizations (Lithuanian National Philharmonic, Lithuanian State Symphony Orchestra, etc.) and private individuals. The main specialization of the workshop is the restoration of musical instruments, while manufacturing is done solely by the luthier himself.
